An R/C glider struck a fellow sloper in the head killing him. The accident happened in Germany at a well known slope site at a small hill. Next time you fly, take a minute to think about safety and how much energy a large glider is producing at even a low speed. I've bee struck by planes a few times and had some very serious near-misses from gliders flown by expert pilots that would have caused great injury. Is your glider safe?
