I found this cool video by Petar Jansen on the repair of an Arcus full scale glider with a snapped tail boom. Some of the techniques shown could be used for models and the jig used to align the boom is super cool. Had to fix 2 control linkages, water ballast pipes, total energy probe system and make a better-than-new repair. Watch a second repair video after the jump: -PN
