Alternative To F3J: - Real Horse Power With F3H R/C Soaring Class

F3H Proposal: The new FAI model soaring format F3H, with nearly the exact rules of F3J, uses a horse and rider for initial launch power instead of F3J's human two-man teams. Increased towing energy and efficiencies with less man-power requirements are an advantage of this thermal gliding class, though increased transport expenses and animal maintenance are an issue. Dealing with the copious intestinal waste output of the animals is a problem FAI's environmental engineers are working on. First trial comps are planned for 2016 if the new F3H class is ratified.
