I'm building a new F3J VIxen glider designed by Daryl Perkins and built by Juri Baudis. This is an incredible looking plane, super light and strong. I'm working on a Part 2 of the popular F3 Building Clinic training video which will highlight some of the latest building techinques, airframe hardware, and radio technology. The Vixen has a 6 servo wing with a custom Rotary Drive System which I will be building on camera. For servos, this plane is gettting Airtronics 809's all around and for radio gear, I'm installing the latest 2.4 radio system from Jeti and programming the astounding Jeti DC-16 transmitter. Hope to have this glider flying next week and the new video will be out in December as a digital download and on DVD. More photos after the jump! New Baudis Vixen F3J RC Sailplane Build Video
